Active Little Learners Wraps Big Year with Community Impact Award

The team at Active Little Learners were honoured to attend the 2024 Sport Tasman Sport and Recreation Awards at the Rutherford Hotel on Saturday night. The awards celebrate the many great sporting achievements during the year across the Nelson Tasman region.

We were fortunate enough to take home the Community Impact Award sponsored by NBS.  Co-founder Anthony Denissen says "We were shocked to hear our charity called as winners not only because it was our first time entering into an Awards event but also to have our charity recognised alongside the exceptional talent and teams recognised at the awards was just an icing on the cake after a big year for the charity."

And of course we must thank the Early Childhood Centres and the tamariki that have welcomed us to their Centres over the last 3 years - it's been so much fun and we're just getting started."
